1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the AML Knowledge Assessment platform (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
The Platform is provided by Coast To Coast LDT to support Canada Post dealer and post office staff with AML knowledge assessment training, call activities, and related compliance reporting. Access is limited to authorized users.
3. Account Registration
When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Notify your administrator if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Use the Platform only for authorized business purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the Platform.
- Upload malicious code or misuse system features.
- Use the Platform in violation of applicable laws or Canada Post policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and materials on the Platform remain the property of Coast To Coast LDT and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
6. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis for training and operational support. While we strive for accuracy, the Platform does not replace official Canada Post compliance guidance or legal advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coast To Coast LDT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
